Main Vendor Hall (Hall A) Booth Options:
- Premium Exhibitor Booths (SOLD OUT) – 10′ x 10′, includes one 8′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $225
- Exhibitor Booths – 10′ x 8′, includes one 8′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $200
- Artist Booths – 6′ x 4′, includes one 6′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $125
(Artist Booths are for artist ONLY. Any vendor found
to of purchased an artist spot will be asked to leave the event without refund!)
Exhibitor Hall B Booth Options:
- Exhibitor Booths – 10′ x 8′, includes one 8′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $150
- Artist Booths – 6′ x 4′, includes one 6′ table and one folding chair.
- Price: $80
Outdoor Exhibitor Spots:
- Booth Size: 10′ x 10′
- Price: $100
- Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, and any additional fixtures.
Exhibitor Information & Event Schedule
- Each booth includes 2 exhibitor passes.
- The event takes place Saturday, August 16th & Sunday, August 17th.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Setup & Breakdown
- Setup Times:
- Friday, August 15th: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday, August 16th: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Breakdown Time:
- Sunday, August 17th: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space in the same condition as they found it. We reserve the right to censor any booth.
All booths are non-refundable!
